Withum’s Valuation Consulting Services practice prides itself on understanding clients’ business strategies and needs. Our team assists companies in meeting business requirements related to valuation, risk management, transfer pricing, M & A Transactions, economic analysis, fairness opinions, and model validation.

Position Summary
Withum’s Valuation Services group provides comprehensive real‑estate valuation services for eminent‑domain cases, estate and gift tax planning, financial reporting (ASC 805/820/360), financing, portfolio monitoring and litigation support. As a Real Estate Valuation Intern, you will support licensed appraisers and valuation professionals in performing research, data analysis and financial modelling for these engagements. You will learn the appraisal process, help compile market and property data, assist with cash‑flow and comparable‑sales models and contribute to valuation reports—all while upholding Withum’s commitment to inclusive teamwork and professional growth.
