Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, AWS Lambda Administration, Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient systems that meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating various cloud services to build cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
