We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth for Broadridge solutions across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Capital Markets. This is a high-impact role selling to top-tier Banks, Insurance Companies, and Financial Institutions, where you’ll shape the future of financial technology in one of Europe’s most strategic markets.

As part of our EMEA Capital Markets Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint, building relationships with high-profile clients, and delivering innovative solutions that redefine efficiency and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Be part of the territory: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Drive New Business: Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
  • Lead the Sales Cycle: From initial contact to contract negotiation, you’ll manage every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams—Legal, Product Management, Marketing, and Onboarding—to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Be the Face of Broadridge: Represent us at senior levels, industry conferences, and client meetings across the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Expertise: 5–7+ years in Capital Markets sales within Financial Institutions or Corporates.
  • Industry Knowledge and Experience across any of the following: Agency/Principal Trading, Post-Trade Processing, Securities Financing, SWIFT, and Reconciliations, Regulatory Reporting.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Location: Based in Frankfurt, with flexibility for weekly travel.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
  • Executive Presence: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
