We have an exciting opportunity for you! This administrative role is responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. The successful candidate should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. This position supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs; as well as assist in training and onboarding a young and frequently changing team.

 

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the P&G Southeast Region Sales Director and Multifunctional support to drive outstanding work processes and execution to meet or exceed business objectives. 

 

Skills required for this role:

  • Excellent Administrative Skills – Office and calendar management; travel arrangements, organizational and superior interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strong technical skills on P&G administrative systems with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Time management skills and ability to flow to the work.

  • Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

  • Autonomy & Flexibility - Take leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, working independently and quickly to adjust time to most important needs.

  • Ability to think and act proactively and decisively. Strong prioritizing skills and broad knowledge of policies and procedures.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and without supervision.

  • Leadership/Professionalism – demonstrate personal leadership on an on-going basis; understand the role as a liaison between manager and the organization.

  • Confidentiality – Must exhibit the highest level of confidentiality and maturity, given the exposure to confidential data.

  • Communication and Collaboration -- Ability to build networks at all levels for effective collaboration.

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent education.

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.

  • Strong technical skills and a proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration technologies. Generating documents/presentations.

  • Well organized and detail oriented.
