The opportunity:

As a Customer Service Consultant in our Adviser Relationship Team, you will be providing assistance over the phone to our Advisers and Insurance Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking in-bound calls from Advisers and Insurance Managers to assist with policy queries

  • Providing accurate, prompt and well written communications to Advisers and Insurance Managers

  • Creating quotes using our range of quoting tools

  • Assisting with classified medical requests for internal and external parties

  • Retaining business through delivering an outstanding customer experience

  • Making good commercial business decisions and adhering to internal processes and business guidelines

  • Developing strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business

  • Being a subject matter expert for Advisers, managing their requests from start to finish.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience working as a Key Account Manager or in a Contact Centre role

  • Proven customer service and relationship building experience

  • The ability to confidently manage difficult conversations, provide conflict resolution when required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Previous experience working on multiple IT systems, with a tech-savvy mindset

  • Awareness and/or understanding of insurance/banking products (preferred).
