Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of NOC engineers responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and operating our global network infrastructure. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring adherence to established processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Manage escalations and incidents, providing timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and service providers. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address network-related issues and ensure the timely resolution of service outages and performance degradation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT/OT teams, engineering teams, and business units, to facilitate effective collaboration and coordination of network operation activities. • Implement and maintain tools and systems for network monitoring, alerting, and incident management, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Develop and maintain operation runbooks, processes and procedures. • Provide regular reports and updates on network performance, incidents, and operational metrics to management and other stakeholders. Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in network operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing a NOC team. • Strong technical background in networking, with a solid understanding of network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure components. • Experience managing large-scale, global network environments, preferably in a multi-vendor environment. • Proven ability to manage escalations and incidents effectively, with a focus on minimizing impact and restoring service quickly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, vendors, and senior management. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Experience working with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent. • ITIL certification or experience with IT service management processes is highly desirable. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $119,000 and $148,750/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
