About the Role

Report to: Head of Alpha Performance & Productivity
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Alpha
Type: Individual Contributor

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an Alpha Performance & Productivity, Lead who translates Agency strategic plans into specific KPIs, initiatives to drive productivity of core agents, manage agency activities AND monitor Alpha sales quality through performance and early indicators analytics, activity management (SOP management) to achieve Alpha’s objectives (production & quality) within allocated resource and approved budget.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive strategic initiatives to improve productivity at assigned regions (40%):

  • Work with Sales team and Alpha planning to build monthly, quarterly planning on strategic initiatives for the region
  • Prepare core agent performance reports, analyse and propose, deploy tactical plans, activities to drive productivity of agency;
  • Take all initiatives from Agency strategy and execute in the assigned regions with AF+, regarding MDRT, Tinh Hoa, Quality Agency Leaders
  • Organize meetings with AF+ to review and improve lagging sales indicators
  • Conduct/Organize workshop to up lift agency competencies
  • Promote, deploy company project/ campaigns/programs to develop core agents (Elite, MDRT, Agency Leader)
     

2. Manage agency activities execution (SOP) (25%):

  • Transfer to Agency founder (AF+) and monitor the implementation SOP of AF+, Agency leader
     

3. Sales quality improvement (25%):

  • Analyse early quality indicators to identify areas for improvement and deploy tactical solutions
  • Work with CRM, Welcome call, IT… to improve any early detection of sales quality
  • Work with AF+ to periodically monitor & control sales quality
  • Collaborate with BQ & FI to deeper investigate on suspicious case of agents
     

4. Case management to support agents (Excellent operations) (10%):

  • Identify pain points of sales force in daily operation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to solve and provide excellent operations


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: minimum College graduated.
  • Experience: at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Industry or Financial Institution.
  • Skills (technical skill): analytics, training, planning
  • Will (soft skill): Good at activity management and initiatives, influence others, ability to translate company strategic plan into sales language, strong interpersonal skills.
