Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and evaluate employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Act as the main contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data to recommend cost-effective and competitive benefit strategies.
• Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications, system updates, and employee support.
• Coordinate with payroll and HRIS teams to maintain accurate benefits data and ensure proper deductions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Professional certification  is a plus.
