Summary:
The Technology Consulting Practitioner will lead SAP Sales & Distribution initiatives with a strong focus on S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions across the system development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD and S/4HANA aATP.
o Lead and manage delivery teams with end-to-end ownership.
o Own key functional and technical decisions aligned to business goals.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on critical initiatives.
o Design scalable SD and aATP solutions applicable across multiple business units.
o Drive best practices, standards, and knowledge sharing.
o Mentor junior consultants and build team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
o Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
o Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), including Product allocation, Backorder processing (BOP), Supply protection, Alternative-based confirmations, etc.
o Deep understanding of end-to-end sales and order fulfillment processes.
o Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, integration, and enhancements.
o Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and drive improvements.
o Proven experience in greenfield and/or brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
o Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
o Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
o Working knowledge of quality management principles and best practices.
o Familiarity with SAP reporting and analytics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Gurugram/Bangalore office.
- A 15 year full time education is required.
