You will deliver high-quality customer service to external customers and internal partners. You will resolve inquiries, manage orders, and help improve processes. Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Manage customer inquiries and order processing end-to-end to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, hospitals and internal stakeholders.

- Follow and improve customer service and logistics procedures, including master data and supply issue handling.

- Report safety or quality concerns, including suspected adverse events and product quality complaints, according to local processes.

- Support Good Distribution Practice activities and assist in product suspension or withdrawal processes when required.

- Coach and onboard new team members and contribute to process change and project roll-outs.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

- Minimum 2 years of customer service, order management, or logistics experience.

- Good knowledge of logistics processes and order-to-cash flow.

- Strong communication skills in Spanish and good knowledge of English.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Ability to follow procedures and report quality or safety issues accurately.

- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution or similar ERP systems.

- Previous experience supporting healthcare customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals).

- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice and basic quality systems.

- Additional language skills relevant to the region.

- Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement projects.

- Proven ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 117,000 to PLN 195,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
