Role Description
Are you ready to join a dynamic Corporate team at Marsh that supports mid-sized Danish and international corporate clients? We are looking for a talented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our Corporate segment in Aarhus.
In this role, you will work closely with Client Executives to deliver exceptional service, support renewals and placements, and help manage insurance programs across multiple lines for corporate clients. This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in insurance and client management while contributing to Marsh’s mission of protecting and advancing our clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication and service delivery
- Coordinate and manage client insurance programs, including data collection, policy issuance, endorsements and renewals
- Prepare and review client documentation, such as insurance proposals, coverage summaries, reports, meeting materials and follow-up actions
- Support Client Executives in renewal and placement strategies, negotiations and presentations to clients and insurers
- Represent client needs internally, coordinating with broking, placement, claims and specialty teams to secure high-quality, timely delivery across all services
- Monitor client portfolios and key deadlines, providing regular reporting and updates to Client Executives on client activities, issues and opportunities
- Contribute to business development activities by supporting pitches and proposals for new corporate clients and onboarding new accounts
- Share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working within the Corporate team in Aarhus
What You Need To Have
- Experience in client service or account management within insurance, brokerage or financial services; exposure to corporate or commercial clients is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a client-centric mindset and a commitment to high-quality service
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with insurance or CRM systems is a plus
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working with insurance programs or supporting mid-market client portfolios
- Understanding of insurance products and risk transfer solutions for corporate clients
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant professional certifications or training in commercial insurance or risk management (e.g., Forsikrings- og Pensionsakademiet)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insights to support client discussions and decisions
