Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components, create and implement Requests for Change (RFC), and collaborate with vendors to ensure operational stability. Your day will involve updating knowledge base articles, supporting effective troubleshooting, and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Implement Requests for Change (RFC) effectively. - Update knowledge base articles for troubleshooting support. - Collaborate with vendors for issue analysis and resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles. - Experience with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platforms. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies. - Hands-on experience with Azure virtual machines and networking configurations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
