Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee various operational aspects of cloud environments. Your typical day will involve engaging in capacity management, ensuring efficient billing and show back operations, and actively participating in cost optimization activities. You will work with diverse teams to enhance service delivery and maintain operational excellence across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for cloud operations. - Monitor and analyze cloud resource usage to identify opportunities for cost savings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation. - Familiarity with billing and show back processes in cloud environments. - Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for cloud services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
