As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in driving growth for our D2C-commerce Enablement team. You will focus on implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies, including building new networks with global digital marketing agencies in the Thai market. You will manage a team of two people and report directly to the Regional Head of D2C-commerce Enablement at AnyMind Thailand.
What You'll Do
Target and acquire new agency clients through effective prospecting and relationship building.
Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of JP agency business in Thailand, driving incremental revenue from new agency clients.
Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for business growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities.
Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall team success.
Present innovative advertising solutions, demonstrating how AnyMind can enhance the effectiveness of agency campaigns.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Manage and forecast sales plans based on targets and accounts.
Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends.
Who You Are
5+ years of business development/sales experience in a global digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
Proven expertise in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in managing and leading teams.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
Energetic and thrives under pressure.
