As the Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects to help our sales and success teams understand how to leverage technology effectively to improve performance and productivity. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Special Projects. You will help with the design and execution of enablement programs, bringing them to fruition by working across other businesses within Autodesk, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable outcomes. As a strong self-starter you can easily navigate changes in priorities to help others improve performance and results. You have program management mindset with experience using working backwards methodologies. And, as a visionary who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop creative resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, role plays, and simulations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members and business owners to develop curriculum designed to bring program strategies to life and improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales and success teams

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver leading-edge digital learning and training programs and innovative live learning experiences

  • Act as the thought-leader on effective execution strategies aligned to program strategies and audience needs 

  • Leverage data to continuously evolve programs and training solutions, validate skill attainment and measure knowledge retention

  • Explore new learning strategies to ensure enablement is seamless, integrated into the flow of work and becomes a competitive differentiator for Autodesk  

  • Build a network of relationships across the business and leverage SMEs to help enhance enablement programs and content

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, technical or product enablement discipline at a SaaS company 

  • Solid understanding of enablement processes with demonstrated success launching programs across a global organization

  • Results-driven with strong project management skills and customer focus 

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to break down concepts and clearly explain them to different audiences

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay flexible through growth and change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to use data/insights in influencing teams to execute strategies 

  • Experience building scenario-based training and crafting assessments  

  • Experience with working backward methodologies  

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay flexible through growth and change

  • Previous project work using SFDC or SAP S/4 is a plus

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
