The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Bangalore, India.

DAT Freight and Analytics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing account-specific marketing strategies to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue for our key accounts and support our growing partners marketing engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored account-based and partner marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase sales pipeline in the Shipper segment
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key prospects and define and implement strategic plans to reach these accounts.
  • Use advanced data analytics to segment key accounts and develop personalized marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring an excellent return on investment.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the content team to create personalized and relevant content for targeted account and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 4- 8 years of experience in ABM, partnership or B2B marketing
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, marketing automation tools, and ABM platforms, specifically 6Sense.
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects and multi-tasking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
