As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Sollis Health, you will be at the forefront of trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, sharing valuable insights with the Marketing team. Your role involves developing social media strategies and executing impactful social media and influencer campaigns. Your ultimate goal is to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement across various platforms, while effectively measuring and reporting on the success of your initiatives. 

You should possess strong multitasking abilities, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of brand dynamics. Comfort in presenting ideas and results to both internal teams and external partners is essential. Previous experience in social media and influencer marketing is required, along with the ability to lead projects independently. You will leverage social listening and analytics tools to generate regular reports and insights that inform decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Creative team, you will ideate and create content tailored for social platforms, optimizing it whenever possible. 

You will report to the VP of Brand & Product Marketing and work closely with Creative and Growth marketing leads, as well as the Marketing Project Manager. 

 Candidates can be based in NYC or Los Angeles area - hybrid position 2 days/week in office. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Bring social media trends, trending topics and viral content back to the marketing team for consideration and discussion 
  • Inform and drive growth on all of our social channels with unique strategies and through tactics including (but not limited to) content creation in partnership with the creative team, social partnerships and initiatives, and influencer marketing 
  • Work in partnership with our creative team to devise and execute a social-first video capture and creation process 
  • Curate and manage our community of influencers and brand ambassadors, developing unique campaigns and programs to support company initiatives and services, and bringing the resulting content to life on social   
  • Guide the strategy and execution of content that brings Sollis “behind the scenes” – at events or in centers, for example – to life on social 
  • Support omnichannel go-to-market planning under the VP of Brand & Product Marketing by driving social components of each campaign or initiative 
  • Support brand partnerships under the VP of Brand & Product Marketing by driving social components of each campaign or initiative 
  • Bring earned and paid media coverage to life on brand social channels 
  • Own social media reporting, including defining and tracking to key KPIs 
  • Own community management and response strategies on all social channels 
  • Own administrative execution of all social channels 
  • Perform related duties as requested 

 

Experience  

 
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:   

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field 
  • Minimum of 3-4 year’s experience in social media strategy and community management in-house at a brand, preferably in healthcare or wellness 
  • Proficient in navigating all social media platforms and apps, ideally an expert in TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, with a keen understanding of LinkedIn 
  • Experience with social listening tools and strong ideas and preferences of how to demonstrate social ROI  
  • Experience in brand partnerships and experiential marketing desired 
  • Excellent organizational skills; proven track record of multitasking various projects ideation through completion 
  • Ability to work within fast growing environment as a great teammate and work independently meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including great negotiation skills 
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds and eager to join a fast-growing team at the ground floor 

 Comp & Benefits:  

Range: $100,000-$130,000 per year 

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in New York City & Los Angeles. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
