Group Security International supports NAB Group operations around the globe. The Physical Security Officer will support and contribute to the establishment, deployment and operation of NAB’s Physical Security and Emergency Management.

You will act as a key partner to the NAB Vietnam offices, engaging with them to understand security concerns and to develop positive security culture amongst colleagues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Executive Group Security Vietnam on physical security domain/responsibilities across Asia

• Emergency management and warden alignment.

• Manage local security incidents.

• Ensure physical security controls are tested daily.

• Provide updates and advice to all relevant stakeholders for adverse weather, geopolitical, unrest, protest etc.

• Delivery of awareness initiatives to uplift security culture.

• Drive continuous improvement, from identification to implementation and measurement within the region and broader Group Security (as required).

• Provide security advice and guidance to employees relating to executive protection, travel security. Security incidents and event security.

• Conduct Security Risk assessments and apply controls to mitigate identified risks.

• Lead intelligence gatherings and interrogation of information sources to conduct threat assessments.

• Review data relating to security incidents and develop response to trends; and identify, evaluate and monitor risks that could affect business activities and provide timely insights and information to assist decision making

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven (5+ years) experience in responding to critical incidents, risk management, or security.

• Proven experience in conducting security risk assessments and a thorough understanding of risk assessment standards.

• An understanding of the internal security environment, protecting travelers internationally and impacts of international security incidents on NAB.

• Experience in providing guidance on personal safety, workplace, family or domestic violence situations

• Preferably ex-Government law enforcement/intelligence.

Other capabilities:

• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements

• Perform controls; adhere to processes and procedures pertinent to the role

• Conduct site physical security surveys

• Oversight physical security contractor management and governance

• Applying physical security technology changes in alignment with change management methodologies and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
