Altera is a worldwide leading FPGA technology and product company, we are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to PRC strategic account sales team, primarily based in Shenzhen. This important role will be focusing on managing and growing our business partnership with large CSP customers in China, growing our FPGA business and market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture trusted partnerships with our key customers and industry partners, developing strategies that drive Altera’s market success and exceed revenue and design win goals.
Identify and pursue design opportunities through close customer engagements, you will be the overall owner for the revenue, design win and pipeline goal for the accounts you covered.
Ensure smooth transitions from design to revenue, collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners to deliver high-quality customer experience.
Track performance and drive results, reporting progress against targets, and coordinating internally to secure support needed to meet customer requirements and sales goals.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to make a difference:
Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or a related field, MBA or Master degree is beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in the semiconductor industry with strong track record.
Experience supporting big CSPs (cloud service provides) is nice to have.
Working experience with FPGA or ASIC is beneficial
Strong customer focus with a proactive and accountable approach.
Ability to work effectively across regions and contribute to broader team goals.
Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and managing competing priorities.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across various stakeholders.
Clear and confident communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, additional languages are advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently
