Job Description Summary
Sunbelt Rentals is in need of the temporary assistance of a HR Leave Analyst. In this position you will oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans. Additionally, the HR Leave Analyst develops rules, guidelines, reports/audits, training modules and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws.
This position is a temporary assignment, benefits included, with no guarantee of continuation once the position's responsibilities have been outsourced which is anticipated to occur in or around April 2026.

Base Pay Range: $63,520.00 - 87,340.00Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
