Role Description:

The Site Digital Leader is responsible for implementing digital strategies within the organization. This role involves identifying and leading the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, or services, focusing on one or more brands, channels, lines, or teams with clearly defined objectives at a site or country level. This position will integrate digital skills and a digital leadership mindset into the Plant Manager qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute strategies within the team and organization.
• Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Collaborate effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Work under limited supervision and determine your own priorities within established guidelines and practices.
• Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to meet current job requirements, focusing on recommended digital skills such as Application Management, Data Architecture, Data Asset Management, Digital BCP, Digital Infrastructure (above and below the firewall), Cyber Security, Digital QA compliance, and understanding of BISL/TIS roles and decision space.
• Collaborate with business owners, solution owners, and subject matter experts to lead digital solutions that can be demonstrated, validated, and deployed globally.
• Drive the cultural transformation required for Digital Operational Excellence and digital innovation.
• Coach the digital network, projects, and team members while managing the holistic digital budget and Digital BCP elements.
• Ensure that the site change management board addresses digital requirements.
• Partner with GBS Services, Category TISL, and Regional Category Engineering/ICA to coordinate the site digital program and staffing.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines and practices.
• The Site Digital Leader will report directly to the Plant Manager and be an active member of the Site Leadership Team. This role will be a dedicated FTE, responsible for Digital Operational Excellence KPIs and defining and delivering the site's Digital Master Plan in line with the Plant CBN ( Business Objectives).
