About the Role
Program Manager I is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring that they align with the organization's strategic objectives. It requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles. Act as a bridge between the strategic vision of the organization and the successful execution of projects that contribute to achieving that vision.

We are seeking a (highly experienced) Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs that drive business growth and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact programs and initiatives in the banking & credit cards domain.
