Assist with system administration of the Axonify (FastTrack) knowledge platform and all support functions including, but not limited to, creating/releasing FastTrack rewards, reviewing and reporting topic question effectiveness, curation and accuracy of Discover repository, curation and accuracy of self-directed paths and groups, and running report requests, as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Work closely with Learning Administration Supervisor and Training Administration Manager to build/develop a strong operating knowledge of the Axonify platform

Monitor and report effectiveness of training topic questions to determine if adjustments are necessary

Assist with curation and accuracy of information loaded into FastTrack Discover repository

Curate and assist with maintaining accuracy of self-directed paths and groups

Using Excel, create and distribute Axonify reports as requested

Assist with all other aspects of system administration, as needed

Conduct store and DC visits as assigned to stay connected to the challenges that our team members face to maximize the impact of the O’Reilly Learning System.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel

Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

Efficient organizational and time management skills

Good telephone and interpersonal skills

Ability to present a professional image and positive attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Create, develop, and maintain good customer and team member relations

Create and release weekly/monthly reward programs

Attentive to detail

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential

Fluency in English

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with other team members

Ability to meet minimal demands for deadlines
