Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technology aspects is a key part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to support their development.
- Document and communicate business processes and solution designs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
