Role Summary

The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for complex agile delivery across a strategic program composed of multiple competitive advantage products and delivery teams. This role operates at the strategic program level, coaching teams and leaders, facilitating cross-team alignment, managing dependencies, and providing transparent, value & outcome-based reporting to leadership.

Main responsibilities

• Senior Cross-Team Coordination
  • Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums ceremonies and other cross-team forums
  • Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments
  • Enable effective coordination across products within the strategic program

• Program-Level Flow Management
  • Monitor delivery health across teams (capacity, throughput, predictability, risks)
  • Surface systemic bottlenecks and partner with leadership to resolve them
  • Support planning events (PI Planning, Quarterly Planning, Release Planning)

• Reporting & Transparency
  • Provide program-level dashboards and insights (progress, risks, dependencies, outcomes)
  • Translate delivery data into leadership-ready narratives
  • Ensure reporting focuses on outcomes, value, and trends, not task-level status

• Agile Coaching & Enablement
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
  • Drive consistency in agile execution while allowing flexibility for team context
  • Support teams in improving flow, predictability, and value delivery

• Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to align execution with strategic goals
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks and organizational impediments
  • Influence agile maturity at the program and portfolio level

About you

• 8+ years in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, Agile Program Management)
• Proven experience supporting multiple teams or programs
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to operate with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Deep knowledge of agile practices, metrics, flow analytics, and delivery reporting
• Expert in SDLC, Jira suite and Confluence 
• Knowledge of AI and Data Products is a strong plus
• Fluent in English
