About the Role

As an Executive – Warehouse, you will manage day‑to‑day distribution operations and oversee the inbound and outbound flow of finished goods at our Dariba (Rajasthan) facility. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate processes, timely dispatches, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure warehousing operations comply with Sandvik standards.
• Handle internal, statutory, quality, and process audits.
• Manage PO & billing processes for transporters/service providers.
• Oversee inbound material checks, counting, and system stock‑in.
• Ensure proper storage, location allocation, and FIFO‑based dispatches.
• Monitor daily workloads & manage temporary manpower.
• Plan and arrange packing materials for both export and local dispatches.
• Prepare pre‑shipment documentation for exports.
• Ensure timely export/local dispatches as per customer schedules.
• Follow up for export post‑shipment documents with forwarders.
• Maintain statutory documentation as per GST requirements.
• Track consignments & manage freight bill settlements.
• Facilitate timely communication with suppliers, HZL sites, and internal teams.
• Perform inventory verification, 100% physical stock counts & perpetual inventory.
• Drive warehouse safety practices & conduct safety training.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in warehousing or a similar role.
