What you'll do...

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and software engineers, to understand the business problem, review business requirements, draft technical specifications, define scope, and develop, test, and deploy services and systems.
  • Work closely with your team to conduct design and code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enhance operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, highly-available, scalable, and efficient systems.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical leadership and mentorship to your team members, other teams, and engineers.
  • Guide software engineers within a full-stack team to deliver web and mobile features efficiently.
  • Take responsibility and lead initiatives across the technical stack to enhance delivery speed, developer productivity, and other related objectives.
  • Troubleshoot business and production issues by collecting information, engaging with support teams to assist in problem resolution. Formulate an action plan, execute designated actions, interpret results to determine further actions, conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues, and complete online documentation.
  • Support the business by responding to user inquiries, concerns, and problems. Facilitate resolutions and lead cross-functional partnerships.

What you’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Experience in Technical Solutions Architecture and design leadership.
  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GCP technologies
  • Experience with Relational, Document, and Distributed Databases
  • Have experience with development of GraphQL APIs is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
