What this job can offer you

As our VP of Channel Partnerships, you will lead and scale our global partnerships strategy, working across multiple verticals to establish and expand distribution models, create new revenue opportunities, and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration.

  • Relationship-focused: You know how to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels, from internal stakeholders to C-level executives at partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and scale the global channel partnerships team, managing multiple verticals such as Affiliates, Venture Capital, Remote Recruiter Network, Vertical Referral Programs, and Perks Marketplace.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy that accelerates top-of-funnel lead generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across key verticals.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue by creating high-impact partnerships that leverage innovative distribution models and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Own and optimize the partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the budget for the partnerships program, building scalable processes and infrastructure to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and continuously evaluate, prioritize, and refine partnerships based on business impact.
  • Foster innovation by securing cutting-edge partnerships that enhance Remote's product and service offerings, driving mutual success for both customers and partners.
  • Build and scale the partnerships team, hiring and mentoring talent to meet the growing demands, while developing a structure that enables sustainable growth.
  • Mentor and develop the partnerships team, ensuring scalable processes, systems, and tools are in place for long-term growth and success.
  • Represent Remote at industry events and conferences, enhancing our visibility and positioning in the marketplace through thought leadership and speaking engagements.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $400,000 - $500,000 USD. This includes a base salary of 50% and a commission of 50%. Commission is uncapped, offering significant earning potential based on performance.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
