Lead team members through the digital transformation by developing strategies and engagement. Be able to implement at a subject matter expert level of all platform capability and provide solutions to the business to ensure application success. Leverage internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for digital processes, and ways of working. You will work on site at the Council Bluffs location. You will report to the PCI Manager.

  • Subject matter expert for all shop floor digital applications.
  • Knowledgeable in plant business design and ability to support with data requirements of a evolving design
  • Lead team members in a high involvement work system to manage the plants process improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service
  • Ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting, developing solutions for business opportunities involving connected shop floor platform
  • Use training applications for establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use
  • Lead for Digital Plant super user network(s). Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables
  • Analyze existing applications' effectiveness and develop strategies for improving or applying these systems
  • Mentor teams to apply business frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels in the digital transformation phases
  • Collaborate with production support on network access, application development continuous improvement of plant digital applications
  • Inspire team towards swift and successful resolution of issues
  • Ensure adoption of existing digital analytic tools and exploring new analytics opportunities
  • Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications
  • Connect and implement Daily Business tasks to Automated solutions

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Prefer degree in Industrial Engineering. Other degrees will be considered.
  • Four years related experience and management experience.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in focused improvement or industrial engineering work.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Bi, Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with connected worker platforms
