The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the process, submission and review of warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all customer and company warranty requirements are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction, while also protecting the financial interests of the company and management of the brand in market.
What you will do
Primary warranty contact for the National Dealer and Direct Service Network.
Primary contact for processing and analysis of Dealer and Direct Warranty Claims.
Actively involved in implementing structures and procedures to increase productivity.
Formulating Service and Warranty Bulletins and policies ( In conjunction with Toro –USA and National Product Manager)
Management and review of monthly reporting KPI’s to ensure transparency of the warranty function and performance within Toro Australia
Establishing and developing communication with O.E.M’s.
Coordinating rework programs with Technical Product Manager – Consumer/Professional/ Construction Equipment.
to internal staff.
Assisting the Technical Product Manager in liaising with Factory Technical/ Service staff.
Assisting in Dealer Service Training on Company products.
Assisting in the testing, evaluation and introduction of new product.
Providing ongoing leadership and training for all workshop process and procedures.
Development and implementation of workshop standards, policies and procedures relating to warranty
Liasing with sales and technical staff to maintain understanding of warranty guidelines and process
Monitoring and evaluating the performance and efficiencies of staff
Direct responsibility for warranty administrator
What you need
Experience in a technical role in a commercial environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty management
Turf industry equipment experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to build an empathy with Dealer to provide an internal resource.
Strong focus on customer service
Ability to work in a flexible environment, which includes time required for completing tasks.
Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
Must have a valid Australian motor vehicle license.
Have valid passport. Overseas and interstate travel maybe required.
