The Sipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sipping service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining service standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff on service standards and procedures.
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary items for service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service improvements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
