Would you like to play a role in supporting the US Tribal Engagement team here at Enbridge? We are looking for a Coordinator to provide administrative support that enables the team to focus on supporting their priorities.  Specifically, this role assists the team with implementation of the Tribal Engagement Plans, Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan, and Project Stakeholder Outreach plans through event planning, processing community investment, and liaison/stakeholder travel arrangements. What you will do:

  • Administrative Support:  Provides administrative support functions including correspondence, meeting/event planning, expense reports, check requests, invoice processing, Purchase Orders, time sheets, travel arrangements, vehicle lease coordination, publication and materials inventory, and other duties as assigned.

  • Company Contributions:  In cooperation with the Tribal Engagement team leads, support and report company contributions/donations. Process payment requests through Accounts Payable, payment tracking and entry, and new vendor set-up.

  • Special Events, Meetings and Projects:  Under direction of department Tribal Engagement staff, provides support by coordinating facility and/or catering arrangements for Enbridge-hosted meetings/entertainment events.

  • Department Processes: Analyze and monitor department processes to ensure that staff has the methods, tools and assistance they need to efficiently do their jobs. Proactively seek opportunities to improve or facilitate completion of a task(s) that help improve productivity for the Tribal Engagement team.  Ensure SIMS (Stakeholder Information Management System) database is utilized and assist staff with inputting data as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an advanced administrative/coordinator role

  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and documentation skills

  • Proven ability to work with initiative and creativity when handling complex and/or multiple projects

  • Work well as a team member including the ability to foster and maintain a culture that promotes best contribution and synergy from all parties to achieve desired work levels.

  • Strong organizational skills including planning, event management, and goal setting.

  • Strong analytical skills to quickly analyze complex situations, determine key issues, and prepare and implement clearly defined solutions and/or responses.

  • The highest standard of personal integrity supported by open and honest communication

  • ·Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment: Duluth, MN

  • Works with highly confidential, strategic information

  • Occasional travel required - 10-20%

  • Typical professional work hours 40 hours per week that could extend to weekends and evenings for special projects or emergencies.

Physical Working Conditions:

Include but are not limited to: Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 20 pounds), grasping, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pulling hand over hand, pushing, reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, walking, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
