Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to application development, focusing on creating robust and scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring SAP MM modules to support business operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to materials management.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Good To Have Skills: Implementation Experience in Retail Industry

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
