Job Description:

Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requires excellent customer service skills, a self –starter, and a positive attitude.

Education:
▪ Required: None
▪ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
▪ Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics


Experience:
▪ Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics

Skills:
▪ Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
▪ Basic computer skills
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
▪ Able to move quickly
▪ Able to stand for long periods of time
▪ Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
