The Corporate Strategy team at Bose works on some of the company’s most important business and growth initiatives. We work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the company to analyze market opportunities, create winning strategies, and inform important decisions with insightful, data-driven recommendations based on a deep knowledge of the business, customers, and external market factors.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key ODM and SOC partners in China.
    • Negotiate and close licensing deals that align with Bose's strategic objectives.
    • Drive indirect sales through partner networks and create compelling joint value propositions.
  • Account Management:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and optimize product offerings.
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver audio hardware projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Manage project scope, risks, resources, and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the audio industry, with a focus on business development, account management, and indirect sales.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth in the Chinese market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with global audio product standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese business culture and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
