Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire a good quality portfolio of new SME clients and grow both deposits and borrowing

  • Achieve individual & team financial targets and provide service to clients on their day-to-day banking needs

  • Active cross-selling on Trade Finance and other commercial banking products

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and successful deal hit rate

  • Collaborate with business partners and overseas offices to capture business opportunity

  • Perform regular financial & credit review on clients and prepare credit proposals

  • Comply with the Bank's policies and procedures on Mis-selling, KYC, CDD, Money Laundering Prevention, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree holder with qualifications in HKSI

  • Core or professional level of qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners in relevant stream(s) is preferable

  • Minimum 4 years of front-line banking experiences, with at least 2 years in relationship manager role/perspective

  • A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to SME client segment

  • A self-starter, team player and is passionate about the business

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Solid presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong credit risk analysis, legal & regulatory, market/competitor knowledge

  • Outgoing and result-oriented personality

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
