We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client, we are looking for Eyecare Sales Specialist to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.  

You will be expected to deliver sales results by engaging with physician office-based customers while demonstrating our corporate values of Client Focused, Results Driven, Teamwork, Flawless Execution, Integrity.


This is starting as a 6-month project with a goal to extend based on business needs

A Qualified candidate for Eyecare Sales Specialist shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree required
  • 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Previous eyecare experience is a plus
  • Results-focused
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or product recommendations.
  • Keen analytical sense and ability to understand financial concepts.
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Strong scientific technical/clinical aptitude and background
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to a changing environment to meet unexpected demands effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook) and use of Veeva CRM systems
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Employees who do not qualify for a corporate credit card for any reason will be expected to cover the cost of their travel & expenses and submit for reimbursement.

Territory Management/Account Management:

  • Required to detail HCPs on products
  • Develop a strategic territory plan and routing to meet and exceed reach objectives, ensuring follow-up on reasonable customer requests.
  • Record daily call activities and customer history in the CRM tool to achieve targeted goals for the assigned territory.
  • Manage territory and personal administrative tasks such as expense reports, weekly activity readouts, customer information, and territory budgets.

The potential base pay range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
