The role focuses on ensuring that employees’ queries are answered within the stipulated service level agreement and that employees’ payrolls are paid accurately and on time, with correct withholdings and deductions. This role supports Takeda’s mission by maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legislative obligations.

You will excel at identifying innovative solutions to administrative challenges and handling assignments that demand judgment and initiative. This position requires a deep understanding of job processes, procedures, and systems, typically accompanied by solid experience in a similar role. You will frequently engage in strategic communications, requiring skill and diplomacy, with contacts both within and outside the organization. Despite minimal supervision, you will work independently within established procedures and practices.
