Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Kinaxis platform. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BTech/BE/MCA degree is required.
