The Sr Director, Client Engagement oversees the Account Service function within Empower’s in-house advertising agency, including day-to-day leadership of Account Directors, Account Executives, and Traffic Managers. This is a player-coach role responsible for leading the client services team while directly managing a portfolio of key internal clients. In this leadership role, the Sr Dir leads the team that manages and coordinates the creative strategy and the development and production of effective marketing communications across a broad portfolio of creative initiatives supporting the Workplace Services and Personal Wealth businesses. You will collaborate closely with your clients and end users to learn and understand market needs. You will be an ambassador for the brands/products/segments that you support. You must champion and partner the brands/products with media managers and creative services. You will present and refine the marketing communications produced by collaborating closely with your customers and you will coordinate the measurement to ensure that the work produces results.
