Responsibilities:

• Conduct service and inspection visits at customer sites

• Implement Klüber TPM service elements and solutions

• Plan and document projects in CRM systems

• Prepare technical and commercial documentation

• Support product development with technical and market input

• Contribute to new product launches and go-to-market strategies

• Address product-related complaints and application challenges

• Provide technical support at trade shows and industry events

• Develop benefit-oriented product arguments for sales support

• Create cost-benefit analyses and customer success stories (e.g., VCS)

• Manage OEMs and secure/renew technical approvals

• Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations

• Drive cross-selling and support the sales team with technical insights

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends

• Identify business opportunities and growth potential in the assigned region

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems

• Strong market and customer orientation with a proactive working style

• High level of cooperation, strong communication skills, and willingness to compromise

• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach

• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned region
