Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst in Financial Crime Exits

  • In your new role, you’ll be using your training and knowledge to perform the accurate exit of customers, where this is deemed necessary
  • You’ll be undertaking the exit process across a wide range of products and processes, often needing to take a pragmatic approach where the process is being developed
  • This role offers the ability to widen knowledge on processes, products and stakeholders across the bank

What you'll do:

You'll be joining a financial crime exits team, where you'll work with your colleagues to deliver the right outcome for the business and our customers. You'll accurately gather all the required information to deliver the end-to-end exit journey for a customer, often working with colleagues from across the bank to ensure this is delivered correctly without tipping off the customer and producing the right outcome. You'll be coached to ensure that this is completed within an agreed timescale and standards, however you will also need to work independently and have the ability to problem-solve where the process needs developing.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Progressing cases through the exit journey, making sure processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
  • Accurately investigating queries, raising those with relevant parties, and escalating where needed
  • Participating in initiatives that help improve our customer service, processes and procedures
  • Reviewing processing errors to help identify trends and training needs
  • Working with colleagues and stakeholders across the Bank to deliver the right outcome with the exit

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for someone with a knowledge of processes, products and systems across the bank. You'll demonstrate strong attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly, think and work independently, as well as the confidence to challenge the process. An awareness of Financial Crime would be preferable.

You'll also need:

  • An understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
  • The ability and enthusiasm to develop yourself and support others
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work within agreed timescales and independently
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
