As an Account Intelligence & Delivery Manager (Commercial Execution Manager), you will be the critical link between field insights and marketing execution. By gathering intelligence from Priority Vaccine Centers (PVCs), hospitals, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key decision makers (KDMs), you’ll shape brand strategy, lead joint business planning (JBP), and optimize vaccine uptake in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, understands Vietnam’s vaccine landscape, and can translate real-world insights into strategies that drive healthcare impact.
Field-Based Intelligence & Engagement (50–60%)
Conduct regular visits to PVC and hospital accounts to capture vaccine uptake trends, territory sizing, and operational challenges.
Build strong relationships with KDMs and HCPs to support portfolio positioning and explore opportunities for RTDs, webinars, and scientific engagement.
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP): target setting, account analysis, demand forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Support contracting and tender management, including pricing and documentation.
Ensure all engagements comply with internal SOPs and local regulations.
Office-Based Support (40–50%)
Collaborate with marketing to design localized campaigns and outbreak-triggered messaging.
Work with digital/media teams to strengthen engagement (e.g., Zalo OA, Facebook, school activations).
Assist with venue scouting/validation for RTDs (e.g., Tanimed event center).
Partner with supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure product availability and resolve account-level issues.
Track and report campaign performance, HCP engagement, and account outcomes.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, sales, or market intelligence in Vietnam.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s immunization landscape.
Skilled in HCP detailing, KDM engagement, and JBP execution.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Digital fluency with platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, and fanpages.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
Quality and timeliness of actionable field insights shared with marketing.
Engagement and satisfaction of KDMs and HCPs.
Effective execution of JBPs, RTDs, and field activations.
Accuracy of account-level forecasting and contribution to vaccine uptake.
100% compliance with internal governance and local regulatory standards.
