To Be Successful, You Must Have:

• High fluency in the science of assessment, and a unique ability to communicate that science to stakeholders who are using assessment outcomes to infer our people’s capabilities.
• Experience bringing leadership development theory into practice.
• Acumen in Validity, Reliability, Adverse Impact and other Assessment Standards.
• Extensive experience in assessment validation studies and understanding of why they are important in areas like Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Leadership.
• A background in I/O Psychology.  Perhaps you are a Behavioral Scientist!
