This population has the highest rates of chronic diseases with often highly limited access to affordable and convenient specialty care. Alpine offers physicians better economics combined with higher quality of life through the transformation of small Fee for Service practices to a scaled value-based platform. Alpine will leverage existing playbooks to build the first integrated online and offline delivery system designed for seniors and primary care physicians.
