Team/Role Overview:
Citi Commercial Cards is a leading provider of payment solutions to a wide range of corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations, offering global Issuing capabilities in over 60 countries. Our Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Business-to-Business (B2B) product lines form the core of Citi's Commercial Card offering, supporting millions of cardholders and transactions everyday around the globe.
Ecommerce represents one of our fastest growing segments and most strategic business opportunities for Commercial Cards - supporting our clients from the B2B Travel, Digital Economy and Fintech Payment spaces, with their advanced payment needs. Ecommerce spend growth and market share penetration are key focus across our Product and Sales organizations, funnelling significant investments into our global platform and the resources supporting this vertical end-to-end.
Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Segment Head, and based in London, this Product Manager role is a high-impact position aimed at growing our Ecommerce revenue, through precise strategy and execution, active product commercialization, and implementation of effective internal & external partnerships.
This role will contribute to shaping how Citi competes in the rapidly evolving Ecommerce payments landscape, progressing our transformation toward a digital-native and API-first product offering, while expanding into emerging new flows and payment use cases. For the successful candidate, this position will offer significant career progression opportunities into the broader Citi Payments business and Leadership teams.
