Iron Mountain is seeking a creative and highly organized Events Coordinator to join our Data Center and ALM team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of seamless corporate events, ensuring they meet brand standards and are delivered within budget.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Event Logistics and Project Management: Coordinate all event details, including venue selection, catering, and transport, while establishing clear timelines to ensure all project milestones and event deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Vendors: Act as the primary lead for cross-functional alignment and manage relationships with third-party vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Ensure Budgetary and Brand Compliance: Manage mid-to-large scale budgets by tracking expenses accurately and ensuring all events align with Iron Mountain’s organizational standards and brand identity.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to travel globally 4-6 times a year. With flexibility to travel more frequently if required.

  • 3–4 years of experience in event organization or relevant project management.

  • Strong knowledge of event technology and logistics, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sites, and a desire to utilize Gemini AI for workflow efficiency.

  • Proven ability in multitasking and stakeholder management, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and effectively engage with diverse audiences from executives to vendors.

  • A good general level of education; while a degree is not required, fluency in English is essential for global coordination.
