Nike’s partnership with JD is evolving, and so is the way we show up for the next generation of consumers. As Lead Professional, Partner Marketing, JD, you’ll influence how Nike appears across EMEA - uniting teams, elevating the Nike x JD narrative, and driving work that inspires consumers at scale.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Director, JD Group Account Marketing and operate as a key member of the JD Account Marketing team. You’ll collaborate extensively across the Nike x JD MPU cross-functional team, Sport Brand teams (with a strong focus on Sportswear and Running), Brand Creative, Communications/Energy Marketing, and Sports Marketing, as well as the external JD Account Marketing team.
You’ll act as a connective force across these diverse groups, aligning priorities, multiplying expertise, and driving cohesive seasonal plans and campaigns across EMEA. Your ability to bridge teams, elevate thinking, and create clarity will be essential to delivering impactful work for Nike’s #1 retail partner in the region.
As part of the JD Partner Marketing Team, you’ll shape and deliver seasonal stories and marketing campaigns rooted in JD’s account brand positioning, featuring products, Athletes/Catalysts, and services/experiences that inspire and enable the youth consumer.
You’ll support and execute the timely delivery of seasonal plans, ensuring innovation, distinction and consumer engagement are at the heart of every activation across JD’s ecosystem. You’ll evaluate performance with a data-informed mindset and translate learnings into sharper, more resonant future stories.

You’ll be a core member of the Integrated Retail Marketing, Account Marketing team dedicated to JD, partnering closely with Sport Brand teams (primarily NSW, with support across Running, Football, and Training) and the cross-functional partner team. You’ll drive the seasonal offense and build marketing strategies and plans that support Nike’s brand and business priorities within JD.
