Job Description:

Job Summary: This position focuses on addressing the core challenges of thermal management and mechanical structure in high power density power modules. It requires multidisciplinary capabilities in thermal design, structural design, and production feasibility. The primary responsibilities include thermal design, mechanical design, thermal simulation, and mechanical simulation for power module products.

Essential Functions工作职责:

1. Responsibilities include thermal and mechanical structural design for high power density power modules; 负责高功率密度电源模块的热设计和机械结构设计;

2. Feasibility study for thermal and mechanical design solutions; 验证热设计和机械结构设计方案的可行性;

3. Thermal simulation and mechanical simulation; 热仿真和机械仿真;

4. Initialize thermal/mechanical design rules; 建立设计规范;

Qualifications岗位要求:

1. A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification + 1 year of relevant work experience in power modules; 应具备机械工程学硕士或电气工程学硕士及等效学历, 1年以上电源模块相关工作经验;

2. Thermal design and mechanical design capability; 热设计和机械结构设计的双重能力与经验;

3. Related simulation software and molding software; 熟练使用相关仿真软件和建模软件;

4. Agile thinking with the capability to think outside the box and propose flexible, diverse solutions; 思维活跃，能提出灵活多样的解决方案;

5. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. 良好的沟通, 撰写及做报告的能力.
