About the Role

负责在银行保险渠道组织、推动、产品定位准入和营销活动,管理银保渠道销售团队,促进银保业务发展工作,达成所属渠道KPI目标

职务描述:

在总公司战略指引下,根据分公司中长期发展策略和规划,具体落实与达成所属渠道的方案与目标(40%)

根据分公司制定整体发展战略和渠道发展策略,负责落实渠道建设中长期规划和发展策略。 基于渠道特色与业务节奏,细化制定与完善所属渠道的业务计划,并领导销售团队,开展日常销售活动管理,促进销售目标与经营指标的合规、高效达成 协助监督控制所属渠道整体运营成本。

业务推动及管理(30%)

立足所属渠道整体规划以及渠道需求,策划、组织并落实各类业务推动活动,与银行建立有助业务提升的共享平台。 根据所属渠道特性,在总公司指导与框架下,细化制定业务激励方案,在确保合规前提下,推动业务健康成长 对银行资源进行有效的分配管理,平衡各渠道的业务发展,对银保销售团队开展业务指导,并进行有效的活动量管理,及时各类处理业务问题。 开展日常渠道沟通与关系维护工作,为所属渠道的关系维护和发展提供技术支持,包括协调落实各类协议、产品准入、系统对接等工作,确保业务顺利开展

销售人员管理(30%)

开展日常团队文化建设工作,增加凝聚力,提高人员稳定性。

制定销售队伍的激励和培训计划,为业务人员提供成长发展机会。

参与银保销售人员招聘审核,监督控制队伍指标并拟定针对性的融入或训练提升方案。

岗位要求:

大学本科以上学历

8年以上工作经验,其中5年以上中外资商业银行管理工作经验,或5年以上大型寿险公司银保管理工作经验

和各银行有稳定的合作关系,熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度,了解行业规则。

具备一定的领导能力,能有效地进行团队管理。

沟通协调能力强,表达能力、商务演示能力佳。

思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。

性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
